DB Studio Africa supported Haier Kenya with social media management focused on short-form appliance content, product demonstrations, household relevance, clean visual identity, and consistent TikTok and Instagram publishing.

Haier Kenya needed to build stronger visibility for home appliances in a category where customers often require education before purchase. The challenge was to make appliance content clear, useful, and relatable while maintaining a clean and professional brand image. Another challenge was production environment. Much of the content was filmed in retail or store settings, which limited the ability to create full home lifestyle scenes. Content production also had to work around minimal props and a small setup.
The solution was to make Haier appliances easier for customers to understand through practical, benefit-led content. Instead of relying only on product display, DB positioned Haier appliances around household needs and real Kenyan home contexts. The content strategy focused on: Showing how the products work Explaining practical benefits Connecting appliances to daily life Maintaining clean and professional visuals Building authority through educational content Strengthening search-driven discovery This helped Haier move from simple visibility to stronger content authority and commercial relevance.
